If you are angry and you write in your journal sometimes it can help you feel less angry.  Other times it just brings the anger back up into your life and makes you want to cry again.  Either way you have written in your journal, and that is something to be proud of.  -MC

I agree...sometimes I have so many feelings bottled up inside that when I write in my journal it allows my emotions to break down and pour out. Just like you said, not always does it make me feel better, but at least I know I won't "blow my top" later!
Things won't be the same without you...even Shane misses Chris!
