SITS

Last night while going to sleep Chris and I discussed the following.

M: What are the muscles around the shoulder blade?  I know there is one above the spine and one below the spine.

C: Supraspinatus, Infraspinatus, Teres Minor and Subscapularis.

M: Oh yeah.

This is one reason why I love Chris and his smart brain.  He can remember the rotator cuff muscles (SITS) years after anatomy.  :)

Thanks! Now I know that the muscle that hurts in my shoulder blade all the time is called the subscapularis. Would never have known! :)
